Question 1

How objective is the scoring?

Accepted Answer

Every candidate takes the same standardized calls and is scored across 7 defined dimensions with weights you set per role. No interviewer mood, no gut feeling.

Question 2

How long does an assessment take?

Accepted Answer

About 15 minutes for the candidate — up to 3 short standardized AI calls. You get the report the moment they finish.

Question 3

Does the candidate need an account or a download?

Accepted Answer

No. They open a secure link in the browser and start. The link is single-purpose and expires automatically (14 days by default).

Question 4

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

You buy assessment tokens — 1 token = 1 complete candidate assessment (up to 3 calls). Starter is €99 for 5, Growth €299 for 20, or go Unlimited.

Question 5

How do you handle data and privacy?

Accepted Answer

Candidate data is processed in the EU under GDPR, with recording consent, tokenized expiring links, row-level data isolation, defined retention, and an audit log.

Question 6

What if a candidate's call drops or they refresh?

Accepted Answer

Calls under 60 seconds don't count as an attempt, and candidates can reconnect to an in-progress assessment — so a flaky connection never unfairly costs them.

Question 7

Can I compare candidates?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a side-by-side comparison view ranks candidates on the same dimensions, so you can shortlist objectively before interviewing.

Question 8

Can I customize the personas and branding?

Accepted Answer

You choose the personas, scenario, and difficulty per invite, set your own scoring weights, and can add your logo and white-label the candidate experience.
